Policies & Procedures

All services at BYOB Custom Wig Bar are final. BYOB Custom Wig Bar is only acting as the servicer of your wig’s construction and is not responsible for the condition, quality and wearability of the bundles and/or closures/frontals you provide. Any issues regarding your bundles and/or closure/frontal must be addressed with the vendor in which you purchased your bundles and/or closure/frontal. In the event you deem your wig is not not wearable due to hair quality concerns, BYOB Wig Bar is not responsible for reconstructing your wig without an additional charge being assessed.

It is your responsibility to follow the measurement and styling guide and provide us with accurate measurements. We have a video you may access and you have full access to your WigTender should you need assistance with measuring your head. We recommend that you have someone else to assist you in taking your measurements. BYOB Custom Wig Bar takes no responsibility for wigs that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements. In the event that your wig does not fit and it is deemed that your measurements were indeed correct, BYOB Custom Wig Bar will be happy to remake and/or adjust your wig free of charge. However, no refunds will be offered.

It is your responsibility to provide freshly shampooed and conditioned bundles that are free of dirt, oils, nits, lice, glue and threads. If you're providing previously used bundles, BYOB Wig Bar will accept pre-cut wefts. However, each welf must be at least 6 inches wide. Failure to adhere to the aforementioned policy will result in your order being canceled, shipped back and refunded minus the cost to ship your hair back to you.

If you purchase color services, it is your responsibility to provide premium virgin hair that is safe for bleaching and coloring. Please keep in mind that some color services will require bleach and it can slightly alter the texture of your hair. BYOB Custom Wig Bar takes no responsibility for altered hair textures due to color services. BYOB Custom Wig Bar takes no responsibility for damaged hair if it is determined the hair you provided is not virgin hair that is safe for coloring. If you purchase styling services, it is your responsibility to provide adequate examples of the style you are going for prior to approving your wig.

Once you have approved your wig’s, style and/or color all sales are final unless the aforementioned exceptions are discovered. If you discover any issues with your wig, you must report them to your assigned Wigtender within 7 days of receipt of your order. BYOB Custom Wig Bar is happy to fix any minor wig concerns like loose combs or elastic bands free of charge, however no refunds will be offered.
